changes



printed a book of some of my illustrations via snapfish. made a few changes.
thanks to chrissie for watching oprah so i could get that shit for free.


did some minor things to other illustrations too -
of course i made the changes all in one day, and now i'm unhappy with that stupid dot in the last one. oh well. overall for the best i think.

i didn't actually print the headphones overlapping like that. they're on a 2 page spread. yay books.

have lots of illustrations i need to work on.. just haven't felt up to anything lately.

annnyway, what i wrote here was that i ordered 2 slightly different books. just one of each. that was the deal via oprah. one per household. so i sent one to work. otherwise they were $25 each i think. should get them this week.

i have the ability to print and bind my own books though. (boss has a unibind photobook creator.) have just been lazy. and would have to buy some supplies.

i like all these websites popping up these days. i made rory photo books for christmas presents. grandparents eat that junk up.

speaking of rory. you need to stop being lazy because i want to commission you. or something. i think i even mentioned this like a decade ago (not really because rory hasn't been alive that long), but i didn't make myself clear. apparently.
(do i sound stern? i want to be stern with you. but i still love you. how's that for the mom in me?)

well, i kind of lost my job (well, got moved to part time. and freelance.) so i'll have LOTS of free time in the new year and will be looking for commissions. as well as setting up an etsy shop to sell prints. i anticipate having my ducks in a row by late january. hopefully even sooner!
